Users using Internet Explorer 9 and above
Make sure you have disabled the Compatibility Mode settings-
Click on the Sprocket Icon and click on F12 Developer Tools or Press F12 It will open the developer tools click on “Browser Model” Main Menu link

If “Internet Explorer 9 Compatinility View option” is selected Tick the “Internet Explorer 9” option

After you have selected the Internet Explorer 9 the Internet Explorer 9 option will be selected close this dialog box and refresh the screen.
